AFTER a dry and chilly start to the week across most parts of the Black Country and North Worcestershire yesterday, today is expected to be much of the same.

It'll be cold and frosty to start, with some dense freezing fog, causing a yellow weather warning of fog this morning, which will be slow to clear and may linger in a few place. Temperatures expected to be around 4°C this morning.

Otherwise there will be variable cloud amounts and sunny spells into the afternoon but despite this it will remain cold, as temperatures rise slightly to about the 5°C mark.

Fog will re-form in places through the evening, although this will not be as widespread and there will be some clear spells. This will bring another cold and frosty night as minimum temperatures drop to around -3°C.
