RURAL property owners around Great Witley are warned to be on the alert after three burglaries in less than 24 hours.

Some time between 3pm on Thursday, November 26, and the next day, burglars broke into a detached garage at Stanford Road, and stole a padlock and a pair of size-nine padded wellington boots.

It is thought the offenders entered the property's garden form the field behind, as they left a track in the long grass.

Between 10.30pm on Thursday and 8am on Friday, another detached garage, also in Stanford Road, was burgled.

The offender climbed over a padlocked gate to enter the premises, and stole a Makita cordless drill in its case and a set of 75 Allen keys in a leather pouch.

And between 10pm on Thursday, three farm outbuildings at Camp Lane were burgled by offenders who used bolt cutters to cut off the locks.

They stole a petrol hedge cutter, a Honda generator and two other generators.

Anyone with information about these offences is urged to call police on 101, or CrimeStoppers on 0800 555111. The incident numbers are 0241s/271115, 0226s/271115 and 0212s/271115 respectively.
