A broken down train at Droitwich is causing disruption between Bromsgrove and Hereford stations.
London Midland confirmed the news via its official Twitter account, stating that bus replacement services will now be running between Bromsgrove and Worcester.
For the time being, trains are not currently calling at Droitwich Spa, Bromsgrove, University and Birmingham New Street.
Trains are running between Worcester and Hereford, but delays could be likely.
London Midland tweeted: "Due to a broken down train btwn #DroitwichSpa / #Worcester trains are unable to run to/from #NewStreet and #Snowhill."
