Councillor Glenise Noyes, who died on May 19
WE would like to correct an error which appeared on the front page of the Droitwich Advertiser this week.
In a tribute to community stalwart, Councillor Glenise Noyes, who passed away on May 19, an incorrect name was placed into the headline of the article.
The name "Lynne" which appeared in the heading in fact referred to Councillor Lynne Duffy, who was quoted in the article, and was Cllr Noyes' friend and colleague.
We would like to apologise unreservedly for this error, and for the distress it has caused to Cllr Noyes' family and friends, and Cllr Duffy.
