PRIMROSE Hospice is launching a new shop in St Andrew’s Square in Droitwich to help boost funds for its cause.

The hospice serves people in the northern side of Droitwich, and the shop will be selling everything from ladies and men’s clothing, to bric a brac, books, CDs and DVDs.

Donations are being welcomed at the shop itself, and it will be opened from Monday to Saturday.

Helen Garfield from the Primrose Hospice, said: “We rely heavily on the generosity of local people to keep our shops well stocked. So if you are tidying up prior to Christmas to make room for all the lovely new things Santa will bring then we would love to have your pre-loved items. All the money raised in our shops goes to directly supporting local people who are facing an end of life situation as well as their families. Last year we supported nearly 900 people so your donation really can make a difference to someone local to you.”
