NOT one but two regular members of the congregation at a Droitwich church marked their centenary last week, enjoying a celebration with members of the congregation.
Worshippers at the Droitwich Spa Methodist Church celebrated the 100th birthdays of Dorothy Hatfield and Ivor Wilkinson, both of whom were born only weeks apart in 1914, in their Sunday service, before tucking into a very special birthday cake.
Birthdays are always marked at the start of the service each Sunday but this was very possibly unique for the church.
