ANYONE who has ever fancied trying a new hobby or skill might get the perfect opportunity with Fernhill Heath Womens’ Institute’s annual Dabble Day, which is taking place this Saturday.

The day, which is taking place at the Baptist Church Hall in Fernhill Heath, will include an exhibition of fine work done by the members, including watercolour paintings and award-winning quilts and dolls.

However wannabe artists, can also have a go at everything from sugarcraft and card making, to knitting and beading, as well as being able to pick up one or two items for sale.

The day is running from 11am to 3pm, and there will be refreshments on offer. Admission is free and anyone is welcome to attend.
