HISTORY fans in Droitwich are being urged to catch the last guided heritage walk in the town before they end for the winter season.
The heritage walks, which are organised by Droitwich History and Archaeology Society and Droitwich Civic Society, take people on a walking tour of the town, exploring its history.
Actors from the Norbury Theatre dress up in historical costumes and tell tales from Droitwich’s past over an hour, or an hour and a half, starting from the Heritage Centre opposite Droitwich Library.
The heritage walks run every second Saturday of the month from March to October, starting at 2pm, and the final one of the year will be running this Saturday on October 11.
For more information on joining in with the heritage walks, or to pre-book a place at £2 per person, contact the Heritage Centre on 01905 774312.
