A SCULPTURE that appeared in a Worcester park has been left dino-sore after one of its legs was broken off.
The triceratops, which turned up in Fort Royal Park over the weekend, has been purposefully targeted, according to Worcester City Council's park keeper Les Pearson.
He found the MDF sculpture - which is as long as a small car - propped against a tree with one leg removed yesterday .
Mr Pearson said: "Unfortunately somebody has decided to vandalise it and broken a leg off it.
"It looks like it was done on purpose and somebody did this for a bit fun, with no regard to anybody else.
"I don't think I'll be able to put it back together, but I'm going to have a better look and take it from there.
"It caused quite a nice stir about the park when it appeared and was a bit of a talking point."
