A 52-YEAR-old man from Droitwich is to stand trial after he denied driving dangerously on a Worcestershire road and having a prohibited weapon.
Patrick Healy, of Thatchers Place, Droitwich, also denies threatening to destroy or damage a car and two counts of possessing cannabis on May 16 this year.
He is charged with driving dangerously in a Peugeot on the same day in Westwood Road, and with having a prohibited weapon in the form of a device capable of discharging a noxious substance on the following day.
He was granted bail at Worcester Crown Court, and is due to return or trial in the week of October 6.
