WYCHAVON District Council is seeking the views of landlords to get a better understanding of issues that need to be addressed.
The short survey is available at Wychavon’s website and provides the opportunity for landlords to share more information about their portfolios, challenges they have, as well as what tenants they will accept and rental rates.
Sarah Cook, the authority's private rented accommodation officer said: “Private rented property is in short supply in Wychavon and we need to bring more to the market so that those in need of housing can find somewhere to live quickly.
"This in turn would reduce the amount of people on the housing waiting list - who won’t realistically be able to access social housing because demand far outstrips supply.”
The survey is open until October 3, and is available at wychavon.gov.uk/consultations.
