PEOPLE from Droitwich who would like to know how to help others living with dementia are invited to an information session at Grantham House Day Care Centre in Westmead Close this Thursday.
The session is running through Dementia Friends with the aim of giving people a greater understanding of the condition, and explain how small things can help to make a difference for them.
