DROITWICH residents are being invited to drop in on the town’s library and make the most of a free health MOT being run by the NHS.
The MOT sessions take only 5-10 minutes and check people’s body mass index, as well as their blood pressure, and the level of carbon monoxide in their blood stream.
The check-ups also offer on-going one to one support, with tips on changing behaviours for health, and motivation for improving health through healthy eating, increasing physical activity, drinking alcohol responsibly, and stopping smoking.
The MOTs will be available at Droitwich Library on the second Wednesday of every month.
