THE Jinny Ring craft centre in Hanbury is hosting a cider and perry festival at the end of the month, giving visitors the chance to try something new, as well as letting them try out a number of new crafts and skills.

There will be a chance for visitors to try everything from sausage tying and glass blowing, to enamelling and photography, as well as trying different brews from the orchards of Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.

For the music lovers, there will also be a number of performances from local musicians, including acclaimed folk rock band Roving Crows and singer songwriter Sam Holmes.

Jinney Ring owner, Amanda Sunter, said: “Whether you’re a cider lover, a folk music buff or someone who just wants to have a go at traditional crafts there’s plenty to enjoy and it’s sure to be a weekend to remember.”

Entry to the cider and perry festival, which is running on Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29 at the Jinny Ring, is free of charge, but charges may apply for some of the crafts and the music events.
