AN open verdict has been recorded at an inquest in Stourport, in the death of a Droitwich man who was struck by a train.
Lloyd John Gilbert, 41, of Tagwell Road, was struck and killed by a train near to Causeway Meadow Farm in Stoke Prior.
Mr Gilbert died from extensive injuries sustained in the collision on April 4 of this year.
