DROITWICH History and Archaeology Society is hosting an illustrated talk this evening on the restoration of Castle Bromwich Hall and gardens by Ann Bookman.
The gardens have been restored by members of the Castle Bromwich Gardens Trust, who conducted extensive research into the historic planting schemes that would have been used.
The talk is taking place this evening from 7.30pm in the John Corbett Room at Droitwich Community Hall, and entry is £2 for members and £4 for visitors.
The Droitwich History and Archeology Society is planning a trip to see the gardens in the summer, and is hoping the talk will make the visit more rewarding.
