CHILDREN’s author Simon Morse popped into Chawson First School this week to talk to the children about writing books.
Mr Morse is the author of several children’s books including ‘Adventures of Rocket Kids’, ‘Monster School for Ghosts and Ghouls’, and ‘Positively Pleasant Pirates’.
His books are published through TIA, a publishing company which donates a percentage of the sales of its books to the charity ‘Rays of Sunshine’, which helps grant wishes to terminally ill children.
Pupils at Chawson First School, had a chance to meet Mr Morse and chat to him, as well as planning and illustrating their own story with his input.
