A DENTAL nurse at a practice in Droitwich has been celebrating after marking her 25th year with the company.
Ann Harrison received a bouquet of flowers and a celebratory cake to mark her 25th anniversary with the company, longer than the dentist who owns it.
Dentist Peter Davis said: “Ann’s been here for 25 years which is longer than I’ve been here. I took over the practice from Peter Reeve when he retired in 1996, and he employed Anne before I employed her. I was very lucky to inherit Ann as an employee.”
Ms Harrison works as a dental nurse and on reception at the practice, as well as taking responsibility for preventing cross infection in patients and staff, something she keeps up with the latest research on.
Dr Davis added: “She’s just been an exceptionally loyal, reliable, excellent employee. An extremely smiley happy positive person who’s always keen to go out of her way for people, and I’m sure lots of her patients would say the same. I very much hope she stays around as long as possible.”
