KEEN gardeners and flower arrangers in Wychbold and the surrounding area, interested in everything from demonstrations and workshops, to visits and the odd garden party, might like to get involved with the Wychbold Flower Club.
The club has been running for some time, but its membership has declined recently, and the current members are keen to boost their numbers.
Meeting once a month at the Royal British Legion Club in De Wyche Road, the club is a chance to find out more about flowers, and get advice for the garden.
Wychbold Flower Club meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm, and old members, new members and visitors are very welcome to attend. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, April 8 with a demonstration from Ann Price entitled ‘Easter Frolics’. Visitors pay £4, which includes refreshments. The club also runs a £1 raffle with prizes, which can include flower arrangements from club members.
