ANYONE suffering from back problems in Droitwich might be interested to find out about a free talk and interactive workshop taking place at the town’s library.
The workshop deals with problems people might have with posture, and aims to give advice on how to avoid back pain occurring.
People will be able to learn some simple techniques to relieve muscles and nerves, and several simple stretches to help alleviate back pain.
The workshop is being run by Maura Morgan, who is a level four lower back pain specialist and intrinsic biomechanics coach, as well as a lecturer in health and fitness, and a yoga and pilates instructor.
The session will be taking place on Saturday, March 29 from 10.30am until noon in the Gallery at Droitwich Library, and it’s advised to book places in advance, although people will be admitted on the day if space is available.
