Do something amazing and give blood
DROITWICH residents are being asked to do something amazing and give blood.
NHS Blood and Transplant is appealing for volunteers to attend a session at Droitwich Legion to help meet the demand for blood from local hospitals.
A spokesman from NHS Blood and Transplant said: “With just four per cent of the eligible population giving blood, we always need new donors.”
The session is on Monday, February 25 from 1pm to 3.30pm and then again from 4.30pm to 7pm.
Anyone interested in attending is being urged to call 0300 1232323 to book an appointment.
