Outdoor activities on offer in Wychbold

AN outdoor activity centre in Wychbold is offering action packed fun for children.

Worcestershire County Council's Upton Warren Outdoor Education Centre is running a host of events for eight -15 year olds.

Four sessions will run every Sunday from March 3 to March 24.

Activities including archery, climbing and canoeing will run between 9.30am and 12.30pm.

Youth sailing and paddling events will run from 1.30 to 4.30pm. Informal coaching will take place which can lead to recognised qualifications.

Sessions cost £12.50 per person and pre-booking is advised to avoid disappointment as places are limited.

Alistair Hodgson, operations manager said: "These action sessions we're running at Upton Warren Outdoor Education Centre present a great opportunity for young people to get involved in something new and exciting. Rather than staying hidden under the duvet on Sunday mornings, why not take advantage of this great opportunity to get out and have fun whilst learning some really useful skills?"
