PEOPLE are being given the chance to take on a gruelling challenge in aid of St Richard’s Hospice.
The charity’s Paddle, Plod and Pedal 2013 event will see teams of eight to 10 people paddle from Pershore to Tewkesbury, walk from Tewkesbury to Kempsey and pedal from Kempsey back to Pershore.
The multi-discipline challenge covers over 45 miles of beautiful Worcestershire countryside on Saturday, July 27.
It’s free to enter, but challengers are asked to raise a minimum of £250 per person or £2,500 per team for St Richard’s Hospice.
Jodi Brandwood from St Richard’s Hospice said: “This is an all-day challenge, but not a race. It’s tough but gives a great sense of achievement when you complete it and raise funds for a great local charity.“
