Bin collections cancelled

WYCHAVON District Council has cancelled waste and recycling collections due to the severe weather conditions.
Driving conditions have proved too dangerous for the collections to take place.
A spokesman for the council said: “Given the forecast for the next few days, we are unable to catch up on bins not collected today. Therefore those residents and businesses affected today should put excess refuse or recycling in sacks next to your bin for the next collection in two weeks’ time.”
