Adult learning courses now on offer

RESIDENTS interested in gaining new skills for fun or to help boost employment chances are being urged to check out the range of adult learning opportunities in the area.
Courses are run in a range of comfortable, friendly settings, including libraries, children's centres and village halls.
Worcestershire County Council's adult learning team has now released its new prospectus, listing all the courses on offer throughout the county.
Courses start in mid-January, so interested residents are urged to enrol as soon as possible.
Bromsgrove Library, Stratford Road, Bromsgrove is running courses including computing for beginners and how craft skills can be made into a business.
Rubery Library, Library Way, Rubery, will give people the chance to learn how to keeping in touch online, Spanish for pre-schoolers and functional skills in English.
Highlights at Wythall Library, May Lane, Hollywood, include a course on digital photography for beginners and a course on services and shopping online.
Redditch Library boasts a wide range of courses from health and beauty to job application and CV writing support.
Droitwich Library, Victoria Square, Droitwich, will be offering Spanish for beginners and computing for people getting back into work.
