Droitwich Town West and Rural West neighbourhood policing team

Inspector Janet Heritage

I became a Safer Neighbourhood Inspector in September 2009, working in Worcester City. In May 2013 I changed locations and became the Safer Neighbourhood Inspector for Wychavon, covering the areas around Droitwich, Pershore, Evesham and Broadway.

Sergeant Sarah Kent

I've been a Police Officer for nearly 20 years and have been a Sergeant for the last 14 years. I have worked in Worcester as a Patrol Constable and Sergeant and also spent some time as a Custody Sergeant. For 8 years I was posted to Tenbury Wells where I was responsible for both Patrol Officers and the Safer Neighbourhood Team covering Tenbury and the Team Valley. In July 2013 I became a Safer Neighbours Sergeant in Wychavon where I have teams in both Pershore and Droitwich.

Police Constable William Cound

I have been a Police Officer for nearly 20 years serving with the Operational Response Unit as well as being part of the Safer Neighbourhood Team for the last 7 years.

Police Community Support Officer Andrea Leslie

I have worked as a Police Community Support Officer since November 2006 and have been based at Droitwich Police Station for the duration. Prior to this role, I was a Special Constable also based in the Droitwich area.

Police Community Support Officer Aidan Goundry

I am Aidan Goundry, PCSO 40185, 23 years old from Worcester. I Studied Criminology at the University of Worcester, during which time I also ran an activity group for local children, and I joined West Mercia Police in October of 2014. Following a brief posting to St Johns and Worcester City Centre I transferred across to join the Droitwich West and Rural West team in the new year. I look forward to getting involved with the local community and working with you all.
