Droitwich Town West and Rural West neighbourhood policing team

Inspector Deborah Sanders

Inspector Deborah Sanders is responsible for the Safer Neighbourhood Teams in Malvern, Upton and Tenbury. She has 18 years service with West Mercia Police, and has been in this post since October 2014. Prior to that, she was a Patrol Inspector, responsible for 24/7 response policing in South Worcestershire.

Sergeant Sarah Kent

I've been a Police Officer for nearly 20 years and a Sergeant for the last 14 years. I have worked in Worcester as a Patrol Constable and Sergeant and also spent some time as a Custody Sergeant. For eight years I was posted to Tenbury Wells where I was responsible for both Patrol Officers and the Safer Neighbourhood Team covering Tenbury and the Team Valley. In July 2013 I became a Safer Neighbourhood Sergeant in Wychavon where I have teams in both Pershore and Droitwich.

Police Constable Rich REES

I have been in front line policing since 2002, working within a variety of communities from the most socially deprived and diverse in Birmingham to the most affluent in Berkshire. I am really pleased to be joining the Droitwich West Neighbourhood Team. I have worked within Worcestershire on and off for about 10 years on a response shift and know the area very well.

Droitwich and the surrounding area is a very safe and pleasant place to live. As with anywhere there is always a minority who do cause the community problems. Preventing antisocial behaviour and targeting persistent offenders will be at the top of my priorities.

I am really looking forward to working with the community and hopefully I will be able to make a significant impact.

Police Community Support Officer Andrea Leslie

I have worked as a Police Community Support Officer since November 2006 and have been based at Droitwich Police Station for the duration. Prior to this role, I was a Special Constable also based in the Droitwich area.

Police Community Support Officer Sophie Turner

Having worked for West Mercia Police in a staff role for almost 2 years as well as then being a Special Constable based over in Kidderminster, I'm looking forward to putting my skills to the test in my new role as a PCSO here in Droitwich and getting out into the community, learning all about Droitwich and its residents.

Police Community Support Officer Kathryn Hearnden-Fellows

I am a Police Community Support Officer based at Droitwich Police Station and I have been in my role since 2009.
