- Inspector Louise WALL
I have been a police officer for over 20 years having worked in both West Midlands and West Mercia Police. As a police constable I worked in safer neighbourhoods, response, proactive and reactive criminal investigation and serious and organised crime. As a sergeant I have worked in high risk strategic, operational and intelligence roles and as a staff officer seconded to the Home Office.
In March 2016 I became the Safer Neighbourhood Team Inspector for Wychavon which covers the areas of Droitwich, Pershore and Evesham.
- Sergeant Sarah Kent
I've been a Police Officer for nearly 20 years and have been a Sergeant for the last 14 years. I have worked in Worcester as a Patrol Constable and Sergeant and also spent some time as a Custody Sergeant. For 8 years I was posted to Tenbury Wells where I was responsible for both Patrol Officers and the Safer Neighbourhood Team covering Tenbury and the Team Valley. In July 2013 I became a Safer Neighbours Sergeant in Wychavon where I have teams in both Pershore and Droitwich.
- Police Constable Rich REES
I have been in front line Policing since 2002, working within a wide variety of communities from the most socially deprived and diverse in Birmingham to the most affluent in Berkshire. I am really pleased to be joining the Droitwich West Neighbourhood Team. I have worked within Worcestershire on and off for about 10 years on a response shift and know the area very well.
Droitwich and the surrounding area is a very safe and pleasant place to live. As with anywhere there is always a minority who do cause the community problems. Preventing antisocial behaviour and targeting persistent offenders will be at the top of my priorities.
I am really looking forward to working with the community and hopefully I will be able to make a significant impact.
- Police Community Support Officer Andrea Leslie
I have worked as a Police Community Support Officer since November 2006 and have been based at Droitwich Police Station for the duration. Prior to this role, I was a Special Constable also based in the Droitwich area.
- Police Community Support Officer Aidan Goundry
I am Aidan Goundry, PCSO 40185, 23 years old from Worcester. I Studied Criminology at the University of Worcester, during which time I also ran an activity group for local children, and I joined West Mercia Police in October of 2014. Following a brief posting to St Johns and Worcester City Centre I transferred across to join the Droitwich West and Rural West team in the new year. I look forward to getting involved with the local community and working with you all.
- Police Community Support Officer Keeley Hawkes
I am Police Community Support Officer 6143 currently based at Droitwich Police Station. I joined West Mercia Police in 1996 as a Communications Operator at Worcester Police Station. In November 2003 i joined as a Police Community Support Officer and have been stationed at Droitwich ever since.
