THE Royal Shakespeare Company is offering families a whole host of exciting activities this Easter holiday in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Highlights include: 

• Join Jasmine Thompson, artist behind our giant Love as a Revolution mural, for a free workshop, and learn how to create your own art inspired by Romeo and Juliet.

• Get stuck in with Blood, Guts and Gore, and learn the tricks of the trade behind stage bruises, cuts and scars with the former RSC Head of Wigs and Make-up. One session will include a BSL interpreter.

• Become an animator for a day by creating your own puppet and stop gap animation, based on Romeo and Juliet At the Royal Shakespeare Theatre there will be theatre games, the chance to discover Romeo and Juliet, as well as take part in a fun introduction to the play. There will also be artwork and writing opportunities.

There will also be activities at the Clore Learning Centre, The Other Place and also The Swan, all between Tuesday, April 3 and Friday, April 13. And there will also be free drop-in events.
