A UNIQUE flypast is just one of the attractions at this year's North Worcestershire Vintage Tractor and Engine Club's Annual Vintage Gathering.

The show, over the weekend of June 13 and 14, will offer a wide and varied display of vehicles and attractions at the premises of S E Davis, Edgioake Lane, in Astwood Bank.

These include steam traction engines, tractors, classic cars, military and commercial vehicles.

The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Spitfire, one of the most iconic air display teams in the world, and Hurricane Four Ship will also doing a flypast (subject to availability) on the Sunday Morning.

Stuart Lamb, from the club, said: "We are enormously privileged to have been accepted to receive a flypast by RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.

"This display will provide an exciting spectacle in the skies of North Worcestershire and a poignant reminder of the sacrifice made by our armed forces in the Second World War, particularly in the

75th anniversary year of the Battle of Britain."

In addition, there are fairground attractions, trade stands, crafts, models and Irish dancing displays.

Gates open at 10am each day with proceeds going toward The Midland Air Ambulance charity.
