WITH half-term here it’s time to celebrate, and Kingfisher Shopping Centre is making sure that Redditch residents have an egg-cellent time.

Tomorrow, Thursday, April 2, Charlie the Monkey will be holding a tea party with his friends Humfree and Chiara from Free Radio.

Visit The Hub between 11am to 4pm for lots of fun and entertainment including story time, games and free goodybags.

Throughout the school holidays the shopping centre will be holding a host of events to keep children occupied, the ever-popular bungee trampoline will back in Worcester Square, and there will be regular appearances from Charlie the Monkey who will be handing out treats to children.

There will also be an Easter egg hunt throughout the centre.

Children can pick up a form from the customer service desk between now and April 10 to take part and be in with a chance of winning a huge hamper full of chocolate goodies.

Selected stores will also be holding special events, including an appearance from videogame legend Sonic the Hedgehog at The Entertainer and an Easter bonnet competition run by The Works, with up to £500 worth of prizes up for grabs.
