PEOPLE are being invited to attend an Easter celebration at Coughton Court.

From Saturday 4 to Monday 6 April a range of festive activities will be put on including a themed trail around the grounds and traditional garden games like croquet.

After youngsters help mummy chick to make all her eggs hatch in time for Easter, by following and answering questions on the trail, they can return to basecamp to collect their prize, a Cadbury chocolate egg and take home activities.

Visitors can enjoy a walk in the woods or see the story of the Gunpowder Plot, which has links to the historical house, told in a new way.

Abi Cole, marketing and events officer, said: “The team here at Coughton always look forward to the Easter weekend as it’s lovely to see families enjoying themselves and hopefully making memories which will last a lifetime.

“The trail means children can get out in the great outdoors, play, laugh, run around and it’s fantastic to see returning families who have made the Easter trail at Coughton one of their families much loved traditions.

“The Easter fun doesn’t stop there either, they’ll receive take home activities and crafts so the fun can continue at home.”
