DAVID Wilson Homes Mercia will launch a new 41 home luxury development in Redditch on Saturday and Sunday, March 29-30.

Enfield Gardens on Harris Close in Ipsley has been built on the former site of Ipsley First School and will provide a range of two, three and four bedroom houses.

The public will be able to take a tour of the new show home and speak to the housebuilders’ friendly and knowledgeable sales advisers whilst enjoying some food and drink in the sales centre.

As part of the agreement between Worcestershire County Council and David Wilson Homes Mercia, the housebuilder is to contribute almost £170,000 towards local open spaces and waste management.

Steve Barton, senior sales manager for David Wilson Homes Mercia, said: “We are opening our brand new Enfield Gardens development at the end of March and want to invite everyone down to our Nugent show home to have a look around and have a chat with our sales advisers.

“We have a strong reputation in Worcestershire and Enfield Gardens is going to be a wonderful development for us and the people who choose to call it home.”

The three bedroom Nugent show home has been designed over three floors. On the ground floor is a generously sized kitchen, separate lounge and dining area, with French doors leading to the rear garden. Also downstairs is a cloakroom and hallway. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the top floor is a wonderfully decorated master bedroom complete with en suite.
