Hereford born, Neil started his working life in local government housing. From there, he landed a consultancy role with the UK arm of a major US computer software firm. Extensive UK travel followed, project managing large system implementations. End user training and technical support were a major part of this challenging and rewarding experience.

In 1997, he passed the necessary exams enabling a long held ambition to enter the dynamic world of financial services.

2001 saw Neil team up with a business partner and together they set up a successful mortgage brokerage “Westfields & Co.”

During this time, the “Westfields” brand was expanded further, resulting in a residential portfolio of 220 rental properties.

The most recent venture has seen the formation in 2008 of a business that services the property maintenance needs of letting agents.
